building maintance consists of knowing how to fix any part that goes wrong, from the roof, to the plumbing, heat, a/c wireing, lighting, painting, plastering, how to strip floors, waxing , carpet cleaning, replacing windows, fixing goors, locks, replacing toilits, unpluging them, drains, and any thing else,
