The housing market isn't good on Sesame Street. I'd sell my house and move to Mister Roger's Neighborhood.

Oscar the Grouch and I have been best friends for years.
We both hate to be annoyed by do-gooders.
I love Count Down, we'd be up all night counting the dead things that tried to escape out of Oscars house.
We just have so much in common.

oscar is good, free trash service, and Big Bird can pick fruit pretty good, no Elmo, he will drive you insane, Grover is mental with his towel/cape and "flies", I think he's smoking the wacky tobacky, and bert and ernie are gay. OH but the Count is a pimp, so stay out of the street after dark near his place.

Grover would make my best neighbor...
He's traveled the world and learned about other cultures and isn't arrogant about it... He seems like a cool monster of a neighbor...
