I was overweight for a while, but I got down to my goal on Weight Watchers last December. I really hate going to a gym or working with weights. I enjoy walking, though. So, I am at the perfect weight for my height (5' 9"), but I'm not "toned" or "muscular"....working on it, though!

Average, slightly higher (5' 11" - 155 lbs) Slightly toned, also slightly porky, summer tends to give me bit of flab on the belly.

I know I'm not fat, I just have fat parts. Example, too much fat around the liver area. Now excuse me while I try to crunch those pounds into oblivion.
