You do have asthma, u never grow out of it. It stays with uur whole life. I know because I too had asthma when I was younger and when I took gym I kept having the same symptoms that u do( I'm 16/17). The only thing that u can do is talk to ur mom or dad and get them to take u to the doctors and get an inhaler. that's the only way. Also, get ur doctor to write a note to let them know that u have asthma.

Asthma is a chronic ailment, although it can go into a sort of remission you always have it so it is possibly it could return.
Book an appointment with your Doctor and talk toy our parents. Get it checked out. Asthma is something you do not want to ignore, it should be treated.

Here is what you do, see an asthma and allergy specialist. They'll diagnose you by doing breathing tests, for lung capacity etc... Tell them your medical history like how you used to have asthma, if diagnosed, they'll give you a prescription for an inhaler. You can then use that before you go to PE and you'll breathe easier and feel much better!

it sounds like you have the asthma that my sons have. you can go for months years and nothing then the air changes abit an has something in it that you maybe allergeric to and bang the breathing thing goes again. nope you do not out grow it and it can kill my suggestion is go to the doctor they now have so much you can take to not have it or that not breathing feeling. they have pills and stuff enhalers and stuff you need not suffer like that sometimes you can use them yrear round or harly at all. so go and get it and let them know so you aren't in a mess or maybe one day near death and can't come back goo dluck

You probably have exercise induced bronchospasms , a kind of asthma that is brought on by exersion and can seem to disappear in childhood and then reappear in young people. You need to see a doctor about your symptoms as the symptoms can become quite severe without preventive medication.

I really don't think you can grow out of asthma-you probably didn't have any symptoms. Make an appointment with your family doctor and discuss a way to control your asthma.

You have exercise-induced asthma. You should first check with your doctor, but when my daughter had this at your age, she had to use her asthma pump BEFORE she did sport.
The bad news is that she did not outgrow it at all and continues to have it to this day.
I hope it will be different for you.
