Wish you had told us more! We all like to hear happy things. Are you happy because UR in love (10), got a great new job or gig doing what you like (8), got good news from the dr. I mean what ?!?!?!?
Me? I'm a (7) in spite of a lot of what most ppl would find unendurable. We're all different.
Meanwhile I have a mental image of you spinning around in your chair, ecstatic over something and that is all you could write. Stay that way as long as you can.
