Yes they do but it is rather difficult when Israel is provoking them with attacks as they did several weeks ago.

Syria has never wanted peace with Israel. What it has wanted is a piece of Israel.
On the day that the modern State of Israel was announced, Syria was one of seven Arab countries to invade the new nation. They lost.
Syria once merged with Egypt as the United Arab Republic whose main stated aim was the distruction of Israel.
Syria was one of three Arab countries to mobilize their armies for the intended destruction of Israel just before being thrashed in the Six Day War. The other two were Egypt and Jordan
Syria was one of three countries to attack Israel during the Yom Kippur war of 1973, the purpose of which was the destruction of Israel. The other two were Egypt and Jordan. They lost again.
Syria has been one of the training areas for Arab terrorists attacking Israel.
Do we see a pattern here?

Peace between Israel and Syria may be great. to establish that that to ensue notwithstanding, Syria might might desire to sever its hyperlinks with Iran and Hezbollah and resign conflict against Israel. If that have been completed, Israel might probable provide lower back the Golan in replace for a Peace Treaty alongside the strains of those with Egypt and Jordan.

Michael R is 100% correct. I had the opportunity while I was still in the Air Force Reserve to be called on active duty during our invasion of Granada. I was sent for a refresher course. While there, my roommate was a jordanian from the Air Force in Jordan over here for training. He made it perfectly clear to me that if all out war started with syria that jordan would always side with syria. Egypt feels the same way.
