Description: Wavy-ish vividly red hair, freckles, green eyes, thin face, very short and slender.
Personality- Sort of shy, kind, spontaneous when you get to know her, smart, funny.
She is currently named Eva Cowan. I want to keep the last name, please! Should I keep Eva or go with another name. No middle or last names! JUST FIRST NAMES!!!

Since she has red hair and green eyes, I'm thinking something with an Irish leaning. Maybe Fiona? Or Aoife (pronounced ee-fa), which is the Gaelic form of Eve? Or Maeve, if you want something more pronounceable to an English-speaking audience.

I would change Eva here are some ideas. Fiona, Lilly, Lillien, Lilith, Annabelle, Annalouise, Cassie, Anna, Annie, Elsie, Elizabeth, Gloria, Gabriella, But these are just my ideas you should fallow you heart she is your character and friend.
