Over throw Fidel Castro or his Brother Raul . Would help
alleviate some of the problem .

I have heard the exact opposite from a Floridian just yesterday. The forecolsures will be bought by someone else. Some will be sold as is, some will be rehabed, some will be torn down, and the land will be redeveloped. The cycle of the economy never ends. It ebbs and flows. Money pours in and reteacts from circulation, but it is always there. Everytime one person loses money, there is always someone standing to gain some way from the loss of another. There investments called "hedge funds" and they basically invest on the fact they will be profitable even when the markets and economy are not doing well.
