Sorry, but they're both too trendy and overused for my taste. Aidan, Braden, Caden, Hayden, Jadon, Raiden, Bailey, Hailey, Kailey, etc. are all part of a HUGE trend of rhyming -- and often misspelled -- names at the moment, not to mention their recently-created variations (Dreydon, Treydan, Zaiden, Shayley, Tayley, etc.), so it's nearly impossible to get an accurate read on just how common they are. Needless to say, I wouldn't be adding my own child to the blur of nearly-indistinguishable names.

I love Hayden, for a boy or a girl! I'm not too big on Bailey, though. However, I do think it would be nice paired with Hayden for a brother, or a sister.
Hayden Gabriel
Hayden Matthew
Hayden Zachariah
Hayden Zachary
Hayden Michael
Hayden Dean
Hayden Elijah
Hayden Nathaniel
Bailey Rose
Bailey Noelle
Bailey Rene'
Bailely Caroline
Bailey Sage
Bailey Jade
Bailey Lorelei
God, I'm not good with Bailey! Best of luck picking out names!

I really like Bailey for a girl, but Hayden may be a little popular these days for a boy. Personally I really like both of them.... = )
How about:
Hayden Pierce
Hayden Elliot
Hayden Reid
Bailey Marie
Bailey Macen
Bailey Rowan
Hope this helps = )

Hayden is okay for a boy. I love Hayden for a girl
Hayden Grace, Hayden Elizabeth, Hayden Rose
Bailey, I know more boy dogs then children. I know only boys with the name Bailey, I like it for a boy
Bailey James, Bailey David, Bailey Aaron
I like the name Zayden, it's a form a Aiden. It's not a unisex name, it's a boy. I think it's cool
Zayden Michael, Zayden James, Zayden Everett
I like using family names as middle names. It's a good way to honor a love one

They're both horrible. Hayden is just a bastardization of Aidan, and Bailey is a boys' name.

It depends. Both are gender neutral names. If your first child is a son named Hayden James, his sibling should be Sabrina or Gemma or something else that is obviously feminine. Likewise, if your daughter is Bailey Elizabeth, I think your son would be Nicholas or Henry or Wyatt.
