Keep exercising your pelvic floor and aquanatal classes are great.
Your parents are right. Get the hospital bag sorted. Make sure you have everything you need for baby and you. Treat yourself to some nice toiletries (for you) and make sure you have camera and film/memory card sorted. Any music you might want too, as well as all the basics.
Have you written a birth plan? You could start thinking about what you do and don't want.
Do you have/need a car seat? If you do it would be good to get this early so you can work out exactly how it goes in and out of the car and how baby fits safely in. They're very simple but can seem amazingly complicated on the doorstep of the maternity unit when your going home!!
Enjoy some you time before it's all baby time... Good Luck.
Oh, and get some terry nappies - they're so useful for wipe ups and covering your shoulder when burping, covering cold changing mats, just about anything.

If you have been exercising all along..just continue. If not, I would talk to the doctor before starting any new programs.
The fact you are packed for the hopital is great! Just start getting the little things like diapers, wipes, lotions, baby bath, things of that nature. You still have some time to work with so it's ok.

Start reading up on birthing to prepare yourself- and it's always suggested that you should be doing pelvic floor exercises through pregnancy. Other than that and walking you shouldn't do any exercise from now.
Best advise is to take it easy, get as much sleep as you can and enjoy having time to yourself, as pretty soon you'll forget what that's like!!

You can exercise but keep it really light. Maybe a little swimming, walking or yoga. Nothin too strenuous since you're so late in your pregnancy.
Well, if you have a place for your baby to sleep, to change it, clothing for it, car seat, diapers/wipes, all first aid you might need you may want to consider:
wipes warmer
bottle warmer
any first aid you may not have (baby meds)
burp cloths
You should definately do your hospital bag or at least have made a list of what you want to put in it. I'm 37 weeks and I need to do my hospital bag soon... need to do laundry... lol I'm bringing lots of undies for me, night clothes (nursing tank tops and pajama pants), going home outfit for me and baby, DVD's, DVD player, incense, music, sleepwear for baby, couple of diapers, sockies for baby and myself, caps, receving blanket, a couple of picture frames, camera +charger, phones and chargers, my fav. pillow, toiletries, towels from home and a robe.

Yes, pack your hospital bag.
And go for walks. Don't push yourself too hard. Only do what you can handle.
