Maya, please contact me. I have lost 155 pounds, and now have a new life. Send me a message. I'd be happy to help.

I would tell you don't expect it to happen overnight, because obviously it will take some time. Eventually people will look at you differently, mostly people you don't know, your friends are your friends regardless of your weight, but, the opposite sex definitely takes a longer look, chances increase. You must be in school so I don't know about the taunting, idiots will still be idiots no matter what your weight.

Great question Maya,

Keep moving and Keep busy...do daily exercises.
And, of course, try to cut back on your calorie intake.
When you feel like eating, get up and go for a walk or find something to occupy yourself.
Try not to eat for about 2-3 hours before going to sleep.

Don't worry about other people. If they are that shallow to heck with them.

My sister weighed about 18 Stone just over, she now weighs 8 stone, and has gone from a size 28 to a petite size 6. She looks amazing and we are so proud of her. When I asked her if she had any tips for me, and she said "yes, if it tastes good spit it out".
