You know the film "Pay it Forward" I have been practising this for over 30 years and it has not changed the world in any way shape or form. So one act of kindness may brighten up your day, But it won't change your outlook on the world.

yes in 1997 i had just had a miscarriage and was shopping bout 2wks after, at supermarket when an oldish lady came up to me and said "don't worry love i know you are in a lot of pain right now your baby is fine and you will meet her one day when the time is right but i have to tell you because you look so sad you will have a healthy boy in the millennium" i thought the woman was a complete nut but she smiled and said "mark my words dear today i give it free" then she walked off.
i told my husband about this mental woman in the supermarket and he said maybe she was an acquaintance of a Friend and wanted to cheer u up. it was strange i felt much calmer and that night i named my daughter so she would have a name if i met her. I'm not a 'believer' but at that time i felt so low and it did help.
anyway i had another miscarriage in the may 1999 but fell pregnant soon after. My healthy baby boy was born April 2000. Weird but wonderful and i have no explanation for it.

Every time I meet a kind person, one that gives me their attention, it reaffirms my faith so greatly as to feel life changing. There is no change of course, I am simply reminded that everything is OK, all on track...don't worry about anything
