You could yell all the time!!! or raise your voice at the end every sentence to make it a question? or talk in run-on sentences that have no end even if they should the sentence just keeps on going although it is considered bad grammar at least you won't have a period it might annoy some people so you might want to through some colons, semi-colons, and commas in there to create pauses unless your the Hot Wheels guy then you just keep talking really fast and never stop?!?!

I am shocked at how many answers there are, because not one is entirely accurate. Yes, there are the radical hysterectomy or menopause that stop a woman from having a period. But any woman can choose not to menstruate. You simply talk to your gynecologist about taking only the active pills of your oral contraceptive. It is completely safe. After a few months of light spotting (where you shed the remaining build up of uterine cells - really, it is like four months) you will not menstruate. Depo-Provera (a hormone contraceptive that is injected once every three months) also will stop menstruation for most women. Basically, a woman's hormonal cycle is comprised of parts. One of which is where the body builds up a layer of uterine cells in preparation for the implantation of a fertilized ovum. When a woman takes OCP, she does not ovulate. No egg = no ovum. No ovum = no need for the comfy uterine lining. No lining, no shedding. No period.
Although research is sound on the safety of doing this, many women find it unappealing. Many like the relief of seeing their period every month (knowing that they are not pregnant). Some women like to think that if you don't "bleed out" every month, you accumulate menstrual blood and believe that that is either unsanitary or unsafe. And some just like the excuse to be left alone for five days a month.
Good luck to you!

A hysterectemy will take care of that problem. The right forms of birth control. But really the onl;y guarantee is a hysterectemy, you won't ever have another period.
Then there is that Lady with 17 kids, just stay perpeutally pregnant until menopause.

Happy Roaming.

Hysterectomy. It's where they remove your uterus entirely. No uterus, no periods. No babies. Instant menopause.
There is a birth control pill that allows you to not have periods, called Lybril, I think. Please consult with your doctor.

the only basic way i know that is permanent is a hysterectomy, some birth control pills can cause you to temporarily stop having one while you are taking them and depo shots alot of times stop you from having one while you are on it. But a hysterectomy is about the only permanent stop to it.

It's called a hysterectomy.
A surgical removal of part or all of the uterus. The uterus is what a fetus forms and grows inside of.
