Maybe the Muslims should stay with their kind, then they don't have to worry about the Christian way of life!

My mind is open to many things.
If Muslims are actually a 'race' then maybe I am racist!

Right now, it's a tense time between the two. Each side thinks they are die-hard right, whereas neither side can seperate themselves from the situation and be unbiased. It's a human element no doubt. I know a few Muslim people who are very cool and nice, and are good citizens. I do think the Muslim community leaders could do more to perhaps "open doors" between the two communities, or even denounce terrorism. The sad thing is, as of lately, the terror attacks have been taken out by Muslim extremists, which is unfairly associated with all. I don't think enough people of the Islamic faith, the average citizens, are standing up to help end this in all regions of the globe.

Not THAT long ago it was the Asians in our community that people said such things about...
AND
Before then .. it was the Greeks and the Italians .. you know the old " the bloody wogs are taking our jobs"
Funny thing is ... that BEFORE Sept 11th ... Nobody gave a damn about the muslims living in our communities .. and HONESTLY how in God's name can you blame ALL muslims for the act of a few irrational extremists... ????
ALSO.. Muslims are NOT new to this country ... they helped open the interior .. Where do you think the Ghan got it's name from ???

Guys, the real Islam preaches piece and it is tolenrant to other religions. you must all keep in mind that radikals present in all religions, how about protestan extrimists who exploys bombs in Ireland, and many other -this is all about international terrorism, that hasn't a religion,nationality. it's just an evil for the whole mankind. And we all (Muslims, Christians, Budddists(!),Judaists and Atheists and etc)should be fighting with it!!! LET IT BE PEACE IN THE WHOLE WORLD!! ALLAH BLESSES US!

But the Muslims don't want to do this, they are immigrating to other countries by the tens of thousands. I'm not talking radicals, just regular Muslims looking for a better life.
You can wish, but that won't change reality.

I used to have a very tolerent view towards Muslims but having watched hundreds of screaming Muslims stoneing 2 people to death for the simple crime of adultery I am now not so sure.I thought that Islam preached peace. Is stoning 2 poor people to death peacefull ?

A very close-minded view of the problem. Most "Muslims" are not the reactionary and hate-filled people we see on the TV that claim to be Muslim. In fact, the Muslim way of life shares a lot of common behavioral rules of thumb that should be emulated.

Any religion that wants to insult u by claiming that their males can marry yr daughters and sisters but do not allow thier women to marry those of another faith is immpossible to accept.
Ask the most moderate Muslim, the kindest Muslim this Q----why is aTemple, church, syngog not allowed in the so called tolerent holy place of Mecca? Ask them what they are doing to bring about a change in this rigidity and find out how moderate or tolerent they are!

Really. Who's been screwing who in the Middle East. Starts with the Brits taking oil out and not paying royalties as was agreed. British Petroleum. Arabs became annoyed and the Brits were having a bit of trouble with the whole thing and asked their buds, the Americans, to come HELP. The US did and they screwed the Arabs again and formed B/A - British/American Oil and the screwing continued until the Arabs finally got control of their own. Now we are intent on invasion and starting wars.
Maybe its about time we left the Muslim world alone and tried a new tactic of fair trade.

that'd be fine but the christian people like to send missionaries everywhere they go(theres lots of muslims in africa) i love those hardcore christians who think they need to save everyone, i'm just gonna think for myself and go with what makes sense to me, i'm gonna pick and choose what to believe from that bible.
anyway to sum it up you're idea is bs not everyone is the same and nothing is that simple theres gonna be someone who messes up your little fairytale world(which i find really racist: P)
