Fire everyone, restructure pay scales, ban fundraises and donations from lobbists or millionaires wanted by our government trying to push thier own personal agendas. Then see who really wants to run for a government position to actually help the people who elected them in.

shorten term limits in the house and senate, so they could do something besides try to get re-elected
get rid of the lobbyist that manipulate politicians for votes
