George Washington.
He knew his beliefs and worked within the society he belonged to at the time to make the world better. He was an Army Officer for his country...both his countries, a farmer, a statesman, an inventor, a humanitarian. He had strong religious convictions, but did not try to foist them onto others.
He was a man of the people and knew how to be humble, was devoted to his wife and always was willing to try knew things.
I keep a picture of Washington in my office today.
