I have a pre trial court hearing coming up from an attorney
who wants his money, but according to an agreement in a case that he helped me on an agreement was signed for
the other party (and my attorney) that the other party was suppose to remove an item from my credit report but its still there. I do know I owe him but the contract that was signed
never was resolved. What can I expect?

The issue is whether your attorney can do anything about what the other side didn't do.

Your attorney wants to get paid for what he did -- whether the other side did what they promised in independent of that.
