I'm not being crass, but the first thing that came to mind WAS Puffs ... and Nut and Chanel, as well.

I think it's great you've found something you love, however, and Coco would be an adorable nickname. I just find it a bit too insubstantial, immature/cutesy (think of when the child is an adult named simply "Coco") and, quite frankly, celebrity copy-cat at the moment (Coco Cox Arquette ring a bell?). ;)

For example, you might actually put Cora, Cordelia, Cornelia, Coralie, Coretta, Corinna or Cosette on the birth certificate (just throwing some Co- examples out there LOL), simply to give her a more formal option should she ever want one. You can still call her Coco 99% of the time, but it's just to give her the choice. Also ... it'd be much easier to pair one of those with a middle name! ;)

Another option would be to use a C first and middle name, especially ones that have the K sound. Just as Cece is a common nickname for something like Cynthia Celeste, Carys Camille or Clara Callisto (again, just examples) could easily be called Coco. :) And it'd be fairly easy to narrow down your middle name choices, in that case. LOL Hope that helps!

Coco Elizabeth, Coco Marie, Coco Evangeline.

Coco is a cute name, but I'd stick with something more traditional in the middle name slot to give her full name a little more presence.

I like the name - it's nice and unusual but doesn't sound stupid. No one on here has much taste when it comes to baby names, they are either all boring and overused, or ghetto and spelled stupidly.
Having said that, I think it needs a longer name to go with it.
Like Elizabeth, or Sophie. Marie is nice too with Coco. Is there anyone in the family that you could name her second name after?
