Yes. I was in Las Vegas, 1000 miles away from his apartment, gambling 'til dawn and then eating to my hearts content at Caesar's Palace. Then I went and bought myself some new threads with my winnings. I went to sleep and I stayed there 'til 5 pm. You can ask the employees.

You do know that 'alibi' simply means that you can prove you were somewhere else. So there is no 'choice'; they are the same thing.
