i bought a pop up camper this weekend, it was a great price that i couldnt refuse. But i dont know how to bring it home or where to put it. I live in the humboldt park are in chicago. my car can only pull 1,500 pounds and this thing is over 2,000 , i dont want to blow my transmission. How can i bring this home from one of the city suburbs? no sarcasm please.

rent a pickup from a dealer or check on a uhaul truck.I be leave you can rent a vechile pretty cheap.maybe you could test out a pickup from a dealer to see if you wanted to buy it and while you testing it tow the camper home?

You should have asked the seller if they would deliver it....Or perhaps you know someone with a pick up truck that can get it for you.

Hate to say this but you should have thought about this before you made the pirchase...
