she bit me under my tongue and it bleeds its over a week now at it did not heal yet and its painful when you eat. we plan to have sex soon im afraid she bite me again. is this normal for girls to bite their BF during torrid kissing.

Tell her not to bite you...maybe she thinks you like it...a yelp of pain can easily be confused with a sound of enjoyment.
As for the bleeding, any cut like that in your mouth is difficult to heal beacuse of the constant moisture...all you can do really is wait. Try to avoid salty or spicy foods, as those will be more painful.
