Anyone have some good song recommendations and maybe even some artist recommendations? I've heard of many rock 'n' roll artists from the 50's, but I've only listened to Chuck Berry and Elvis. I want to delve in, but I have no clue where to begin.

Please, no artists from decades after the 50's. I already got enough of those and searching for new bands is easier in other decades. Songs can be from other decades as long as the artist was part of the original rock 'n' roll scene.

Check out the Million Dollar Quartet. The record is on Sun - it is Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash - TOGETHER.

Excellent.
