I would say when your doctor and/or physical therapist say it is safe. Even tho I don't know why you would consider listening to them with their years of school and experience, over all of us who don't know you....

I fractured mine in two places a few years back. I lift weights as well. It will take a while before you should lift weights or at least take heed and decrease the weight and reps on the affected side. I am not one to wait and go gung ho but I always pay for it with pain and the inability to work that side for a week or so. Is not good for my routine. Has been 10 years or more and I still deal with the limitation and pain when I overdo it. Good luck.

I advance weights besides. it is going to take a protracted term earlier you should advance weights or a minimum of take heed and cut back the burden and reps on the affected factor. i'm now no longer one to attend and pass gung ho yet I continually pay for it with discomfort and the shortcoming to artwork that factor for a week or so. isn't good for my hassle-unfastened. Has been 10 years or greater desirable and that i however guard the undertaking and discomfort when I overdo it. good achievement.

awe feel better soon, Please follow ur doctiors directions and lift weights when you are allowed to by the dr and PT and when you are healed.
