Simplest answer: Your stomach and your intestines are part of your digestive system. Your digestive system is everything from your esophagus through your stomach, your small intestine, large intestine, to you-know-where. Your stomach is where the food first enters from your esophagus, and it mixes with stomach acid and is broken down. Next it moves into your small intestine where the villi (little finger-like projections) absorb nutrients.... I don't know how much detail you need...
