The only time I take naps is when I am really sick or I have a terrible headache, otherwise I kinda don't have the time or when I lay down I just stare at the ceiling and can't get to sleep

Only in heavy traffic in Southern Calif. With all the stop and go BS I can catch several 5 and 10 minuet naps going across the valley.

Too often. I love to take naps, especially with the windows open, and a cool breeze blowing in. The sound of birds makes it even better.

yes, i take naps whenever i have the chance...i work 7 days and sometimes 16 hrs so i need to take naps...
