He's not a kid, he's a grownup.
He was clearly acting like a jerk and provoked the police.
However, equally clearly, he was unarmed and not threatening anybody at all. Professional police should have been able to control this man without a tazer. In fact I'm not sure the tazer actually helped. It appeared to be the kind of tazer that inflicts pain, not the kind that immobilizes the person.
So: I don't really feel sorry for the guy.
But: I think the police acted unprofessionally. I hope they learn to do better from now on.
And I hope the jerk learns to behave better too...
