Yes. Every day, I try to do something to make someone smile. We're all living in this busy world where no one seems to take the time to care about someone else's comfort or problems. Taking a moment from your life to make another person's day more bearable should be what life is all about.

I wouldn't say that it is on my "to do" list...I just try to be that kind of person always! I love doing little things for people when they least expect it...for instance...I get the biggest kick out of paying the toll for the car behind me when driving on toll roads...it's so fun to see people's reaction!
Well, that is just one example...but whenever I have the means and opportunity to do something kind for someone else, I do it.

Absolutely. I seek to help people in small ways whenever I see the opportunity. I'm a tall chick, so I offer to reach things for people in the grocery store. I stop when I see a little kid fall off his bike, etc.
Every one should. Opportunity is everywhere.

i try consiously to do 3 random acts of kindness, any more is just a bonus!- i usually find it gets easier each day
