There is absolutely no connection and to even think so would be STUPID! A quiet person would only be either shy or an introvert or busy...or one of many other reasons but not necessarily stupid, if at all.

I am quiet and smart. I play so much video games and never study and most of the time I get good grades. I put almost every little thing and detail in my brain. I literally pay attention to every details in video games and real life. I pay attention to people as well. But guess what, people assume I'm mentally retarted! This is BS! They are the ones who are retarted for thinking I am when I am actually the smart one. I can't even believe a f*UCKING TEACHER would think I'm retarted. All my classmates think that too. They are retarted! Also they still think I'm retarted even after I get good grades. What do I need to do to prove that I'm not dumb?

There are loud stupid people and quiet stupid people , but in my experience the quiet ones tend to be more intelligent , they also listen allot to hear people , that way the can formulate their responses better , most of us don't take the time to listen and formulate before we speak . That's why we end up with our foot stuck in it.

No. You can never, NEVER say all people in a certain group or catagory are all a certain way. Some people who are quiet may actually be wiser than others because they think things out before they speak. Some are just shy and others don't like to talk much.

No, that is just their own personality, being crazy, wild and hyper all the time does not mean you are cool. Quiet people are just shy, and usually very friendly, they just normally don't have people talking to them, because you judge you judge them and call them "stupid". So don't judge a book by its cover.

No... just quiet...
There are some people who talk a lot... sound like they know a lot... but in reality... they're not that smart...
There's also a lot of quiet people who actually do know a lot... they're just quiet.
Of course there are smart talkative people and not so smart quiet people...
