My partner and I moved from 2 separate houses into one new house. He had worked his butt off all day and when he finally finished I told him the boiler had flooded the floor in the bathroom - his face was a picure! He climbed very wearily up the stairs to fix it and opened the bathroom door to find a hot bubbly bath, loads of candles, a newspaper and his favourite music on the stereo. He thought that was pretty nice of me : )

On my local radio station they have an award for unsung hero.So i nominated my sons head master who wasn't at the school long.and he completly turned the school around into one of the best in Stoke on Trent as it was one of the worst. The main reason though was my son was getting bullied so we went see him and he guarenteed us it would stop with in 2 days and it did too.He was also at this time diagnosed with leukemia which made him so ill at times.Anyway we got invited to the awards ceremony at our town hall with him and his wife. And he won the award he was so pleased i nominated him.We had a 5 course meal it was a great night with the radio station there and the news paper.I had to go on stage with him to get the award then be interviewed by the paper and radio.
