Right now... Britney is the bigger train wreck and she's heading towards another stint in jail. Paris seems to be hiding in the background & keeping a low(-er) profile since Britney & Lindsey Lohan decided THEY were going to be the basket-cases for a while.

Britney Spears definitely. Britneys behavior is getting wackier and wackier. This girl isnt acting normal. Shes crying out for HELP. Shes not a good mother to her kids at all. She goes out partying getting drunk and doing drugs instead of being a mother to her kids. Britney is total train wreck whos crashed and derailed. Girl still going out in public with no panties on and her privates caught on camera for the whole world to see. Thats not normal or sane behavior at all. Something is defintely wrong with Britney. She needs some serious help and fast

Paris Hilton. Despite Britney's publicity of late, I think Paris Hilton is by far the bigger disgrace.

But if she is willing to get clean and sober,I can see her making a huge comeback.

i WISH paris hilton would go to jail first, but the way this is goin, i believe britney will be locked up way before paris, juss cuz shes a psyco. so, basicly your asking "who should be in jail first, a psyco, or a dumbass?" and i would have to say....the psyco.
