Check out this website. I have an oi oi bag and love it. The fabric is great and waterproof!! Spills just wipe away...I got a messenger style bag and I think it was $150.

Also, coach and kate spade have nice diaper bags, but they are in the 300+ range. I think you will really like some of the oi oi bags.
Good luck!

Well, hi! and congratulations on that 4.0 gpa! You GO girl! =-D As far as the designer stuff is concerned...as long as you can afford it, and maintain your responsibilities, go for it! If on the other hand, you can't, then you need to reassess your priorities. Having a baby and going to school are not easy things to balance. Managing your time and money will be a MUST! As far as being upset about what your cousin and sister had to say...It makes sense that you would be upset. Regardless of how much you may try to ignore their comments, their opinion of you matters (even when they may be wrong), which is why you feel so upset. They may feel frustrated because they think you are not being realistic with the way you want to spend your money, and you must consider, that they may be right. When your baby comes, do you realize that the MOST often used, most needed, never have enough of item, is DIAPERS?? Babies are in those suckers for a minimum of 2 years! Newborns go through a CASE of diapers in 3 weeks or less! Next time you're out shopping, look at the price of a case of diapers...you may change your mind about Gucci all by yourself. Good luck with school and the new baby!

I think BeBe had a really cute bag that could work as a diaper bag. Check there. Go to Macy's and look around at the bags until you find one you like. Personally, I have 5 diaper bags (different sizes) and it doesn't matter what they look like as long as they do the job.

Choose one with a lot of pockets, etc on the outside. She will find this handy for pacifiers, lotion, teething biscuits, etc. The diaper bags that are sleek and stylish on the outside are too cluttered on the inside. Think "compartmentalization".

I was given a coach one. . . I know they are expensive but I LOVE IT! You can sometimes find them at the outlets for a little less. . . and its not like pink, blue or black really go out of style for a baby bag.
