the wackiest is those like ketchup & mustared, wall socket and plug, salt & pepper, u get the ideas for costume ideas try out costumeideazone.com I just found out about this and I like it has some cool tips such as costumes 4 groups, or matching ones like for u and a significant other things like that Ooh and ppl write review on ideas for costumes some are pretty good. Gary U - cow fetish much? I bet you went cow tipping as a kid. LOL
How about a meatball sub? Dress as a meatball and either where a submarine as a hat or sticking out the side of the meatball, as if the meatball was stuffed with it. All made out of foam or felt.
How about a shishkabob? Use card board to make the skewer, then put on "pieces of meat, peppers, onion, Sponge*BOB* Squarepants and pineapple"
How about a cupcake? Dress yourself as a teacup, then "frost" yourself as a cake (wear a brown or white sweater and paint your face to match, add dots or mini jack-o-lanterns for sprinkles, and wear a candle hat.
Wacky enough? Have fun.

just an idea, ozzy osbourne does a song called iron man,that could be made out of screening material and covered with tin foil or other fabric you coud paint a rusty iron color.short silts you could walk on would give it a better look.and many recordings of i am iron man to play (just those words) whenever you encounter someone,would be a good touch.something that gives off the sound of rubbing metal or sqeaky metal,when you move would make it seem more real.

Okay, I'm an expert on "wacky" costumes.
Some suggestions I have, and I have won several contests with these costumes.
Dress as a cow, wearing fangs and a cape.
You are "Dra-COW-la".
Dress as a cow, with a long, blond pony tail wig, lots of bracelets, and a pointy bra.
"MOO-Donna" (Madonna)
Glue fast food wrappers all over a sweat shirt.
if asked who you are, run around and say "FAST FOOD!"
Glue the small cerial boxes on a sweat shirt.
Carry a fake knife.
You are a "CERIAL killer!"
Okay, I won this last year as "Most original".
I stepped into a large dark trash bag by cutting the bottom out for my feet and cut two large holes on both sides for my arms.
I glued light weight pieces of paper and a few plastic bottles on the bag.
I was "WHITE TRASH!"
Okay, one more....
Dress as an orange and black cow, wearing a witches hat.
You are "Happy COW-o-ween!"

the is really wacky make your face look bad ( like old looking)
get a walker or cane wear a fake wig get a fake cat and glue a couple of cats (optional) and then stuff your clothes to make you look fat and be the fat cat lady!
