1. I know Ultimate Warrior was in a funeral parlor, and he hasn't been mentioned yet, so I'll go with him..
2. I know of Bam Bam, Crush, the Great Kabuki, Tenyru I think, Diesel, and a young Jarrett, but I forget who else. Less than twelve, but more than seven or eight. Wasn't Chuck Norris a part of their Survivor Series casket match? That was hilarious.
