It would be great to have some details.... are you traveling alone or with kids? etc....
Sea World is fun. We took our kids to Legoland and had a blast!!! It was perfect for our 4 and 7 year olds. The San Diego Zoo is great! You have to go to the beach. Mission Beach, Ocean Beach, Coronado... Check them out and see which appeals to you most. I love going to Padres games. The Old Spaghetti Factory is a great place to eat. There are lots of great places to shop... Mission Valley, Harbor Island, etc. Bay Cruises are a lot of fun. Old Point Loma Lighthouse is nice. San Diego is great! Have a wonderful time!
You ought to check out Costco.com for discount attraction tickets.
