Two days before i'm moving back to college and, out of nowhere, and completely for no reason (have no pets), i have flea bites all over my body. i've seen only a few, but obviously, they're everywhere. I have woken up every morning for the past three days or so with at least a few new bites, so they're obviously in my bed. My question is - will i take them with me when i leave? i'm bringing all new bedding, and we have hardwood floors at the new place. will i take them with me on my person, or in my clothes? That would be very bad....

It can happen!!!! If even one is in the items that move with you, you could have quite an outbreak on your hands!!!

They could be bed bugs, fleas dont normally bite people nor just randomly appear. put a bowl full of soapy water on the floor in a carpeted area and see if there are any fleas in it the next day. This will tell you if they really are fleas. It is quite possible to take any form of pest with you when you move the best bet is to wash EVERYTHING before it goes into the new house and after it comes out of the old. If your moving furniture it needs either cleaned or sprayed with flea killer 10 days prior to moving into the new place and it may be ok to leave it in the old after you spray but it also could bring them with you. It could be one of several different things that you have that are biting you, Spiders, bed bugs fleas chiggers mosquitos. Good Luck

Ever think they might be bed bugs? Fleas don't generally like to feed on humans but if they are in your bed, bed bugs sounds more reasonable. Look up ways to get rid of them on your search engine.
