A judge can't make you do anything if you're not a part of his case.

Apparently there must be a reason. If you control your anger and ask the judge perhaps you will get an explanation. Sometimes they issue their rulings in writing and so I would call the court first and see if there is something in writing explaining it. Perhaps the reason you are being ordered to anger management is that because of your behavior your wife reacts a certain way causing her anger to spill over onto people who it should not be aimed at or that it is more excessive than it would have been had she not the association with you. Just a theory.

by the law of the men and his wife, they share all, your wife was not accused ,but remember that the cops interview some people around the neighborhood and maybe some one said that use had a problem with anger behavior, and if this is true the judge has jurisdiction on this and he can order you to join her in the anger management.

In the US, you are correct.

If you are not a party to the case, and have not been served as a party, you are not within the jurisdiction of the court.
