Depends on the thrust the rocket produces.
Speed is proportional to the thrust produced and the mass (in this case yours) to be moved.

Lets say you weigh 150 lbs and the rocket has a thrust of 1500 lbs and that it doesn't weigh but an ounce or two. And suppose you have enough fuel for 2 years which also doesn't weigh anything. And suppose you can get into the vacuum of space and learn how to survive with out air, water, food or anything. And suppose you can avoid or compensate for the relativistic mass increase predicted by Albert and company.
Then after two years you will be going about 200,000 miles per second.

Cool. I've never tried this. Done just about everything else to get high though. If it works let me know. Maybe we could market the rockets and make lots of money.
