Hello:
If I were you,women like things like full body massages,or when men pick up after themselves and put their dirty laundry in the hamper.You could set up a really nice bubble bath for her,and then join her in her bubble bath,she would like that I am sure. Do you cook? If you can cook,you could cook her a really nice meal with some wine,or if she doesn't drink,maybe some of her favorite soda pop.
Handwritten notes mean ALOT to us girls,especially when a man tells us how much he loves us and appreciates us and if you have children with her,it also helps to tell her what a wonderful mother she is,that will definitely score alot of points with her on that one.
If you buy her some of her favorite candy,or maybe she likes flowers,those mean alot to us girls too. Really,anything that you can do to help your wife around the house will mean the world to her.

Way to go with the ford ranger - I have that for a ride-love it. Ask her what you can do for her? My husband always takes me out to eat so i don't have to cook .
