I had a coupon that came on the back of a pizza hut ad for 14.99 oil change and lube job. I called to try to redeem the coupon, and the manager said they don't honor them, even though it says valid at all locations! She said her pizza delivery boys aren't trained to change oil in cars, just drive them. Is this standard behavior of pizza hut employees? If they won't honor their coupons, we shouldn't order from them!

Maybe you misread the coupon maybe it was for you to take your car to a Jiffy Lube location or something like that and their you could redeem the coupon. But if the coupon said that the Pizza Hut would change the oil then they must have miss printed the coupons or something. Either way they shouldn't be so condescending or treat people with disrespect they should check their ads or coupons to make sure people don't misinterpret them. Good Luck I dont think this is normal.

Pizza Hut, along with other business, sell advertising space on the back of their receipts! This means that another business pays they for the ad!

I am sure that you think you are funny with this question, at least I hope you are joking.

Wow never heard of a thing as pizzia hut changing oil. Look at the coupon again and see if it was somewhere near pizzia hut. If not I would call the head of Pizza Hut and complain for false advertising.

Good luck!

I bet you can't get a decent slice of pizza at Jiffy Lube either, even though they have enough grease there to make all kinds of pizzas.

It's up to you. I'm from the UK. I used to be a pizza delivery driver and I did get tipped sometimes. I was payed minimum wage so the extra money was very helpful. I didn't use to tip but I do sometimes now since my job.

Sure; all pizza delivery people are trained auto mechanics. And if you believe that, I have a GREAT bridge in Brooklyn that I'll sell you for cheap.
