Flying cars and cleaning human-like robots are in the future. And by definition, the future never arrives. Besides, if you knew what it takes to get a private pilot's license and the types of inspections required on airplanes, you'd realize that flying car will never occur. Can you imagine the idiots on today's freeways flying in the sky? How would road rage be handled. What about all the cars you see broken at the side of the road? You can't have that with flying cars - we can't have them fallig out of the sky. And do you really think that people will spend thousands of dollars per year in maintenance costs to keep their cars flying (yes that's what people spend on their airplanes - not cheap?) Just look at all the junk heaps driving on today's roads. Most people have a hard enough time driving in a two-dimensional world (the surface of the earth- left/right, backward/forward, X and Y, whatever you want to call it), try adding a third demension (up/down, Z), there'd be so many collisions it wouldn't even be funny.
