How do I wash my Jet Pilot life vest?

I have a Jet Pilot MVP woman's vest that has gotten grungy. Can I just hand wash it with Woolite? Or should I use no soap products at all? There is no tag for how to clean it and I don't see anything on their website regarding cleaning.

IT SHOULDNT HURT TO USE A LITTLE SOAP TO WASH IT. JUST USE AN OLD TOOTHBRUSH. I WOULD ALSO HANG IT UP TO DRY.
