My heart goes out to all the families and people who lost some one really close to them. I always wonder how could someone be so cruel and heartless to do something like that. What were you thinking about when you just heard the news and where were you?

hey Justin,

I am a Jamaican and i was at home when it happened. The news shocked and hurt me when it happened. The first thing i thought about was what if it had been me in that plane or building? the thought is as scary as the event.

No one will ever forget that day not even if they tried. I don't blame the Arabs cause not all of them are cruel. The ones that did it wash brained washed and they themselves thought that they had nothing to live for, most of them has not experienced love so as a result to their cold heart they hurt persons around them.

The person that died that day, died for a reason because their death brought the world together. Every one in every country was touched by that fatal day. That day persons were able to love again, give love and accept it.

The families will always have this day to remember and the pain is not so easy to take away but we can ease it by being an emotional support to and for them.

For the survivers it was not yet their time cause there's still work for them to do and things to accomplish. I lost a loved one in it and a friend but they are at rest in the arms of sweet deliverance and i guess God thought that their work was done, so he took.

To everyone that helped that day and prayed. Continue to do so in your everyday life cause in the midst of it i was comforted.

God bless..

Nothing much, to be honest. I was in 7th grade when it happened, so I didn't really have a firm grip on what was going on. However, now that I'm in college, I have a deep respect for firefighters and policemen, as they were honestly brave and put the victims first that horrible morning. It takes a lot of courage for someone to go into a burning building, especially one that will collapse. The numerous victims lost on 9/11/01 will always be remembered by their loved ones, survivors, and all Americans. We will always be a united front, strong and proud to be American.

I was in Saudi Arabia in the British Council with my Uncle. I honestly think time has passed and the only people still aching over this are the Americans and that they should move on. Believe me your country has done worse than 9/11. Bad things happen to everyone. The people who did this are awful people but, what can we do? Move on and accept the past.

Just to clarify I am a Muslim Arab from Egypt.

I was watching Good Morning America. I had just turned on the tv and only the first plane had it. Charlie Gibson was talking when I saw the second plane hit.

I IMMEDIATELY knew then, that we were under attack. That was no cooincidence. I was in SHOCK! My mouth was open and I was just frozen.

When I watched the two towers go down, I felt extremely sick to my stomach. I also instinctively knew Osama Bin Laden was behind it.

I will never forget that morning as long as I live.

I was in the car and an announcement came across about a plane crashing into the WTC.... I got home and turned on the TV... a few moments later, I saw the second plane crash.
I was a nervous wreck.... was a sad, sad day.
Still saddens me. I had just discovered I was expecting a few days before the 11th... In a show of patriotism and love for our country, I named my daughter LIBERTY!

I was saying goodbye to my son who was scheduled to leave for London .that day . He called me later to say his flight was canceled until that thursday. He said he was frightened taking the plane. I told him not to be .He'll most likely be safer there. I still think that way. This country invaded the wrong country, had the wrong man executed;the man who brags and is responsible is still out there gloating. And we still have the same idiot making the calls;nor are we any safer. our only hope is God please bless america.
