34 in a 30, no excuse he got me good, first points in 6 years been driving and im guttered, Plus £60 quid fine, can do with out that.

try driving for 23 years and gettin hit with 3points and 60 quid fine for doin 51 in a 40....i was mad with myself for not spotting the unmarked van..well was a friday afternoon and i wanted to get home for pub!!!

I quit counting at about 30, but I'm 51 now and during all those times, I knew if I got pulled over I'd just have to pay some fines, but because states don't extradite people here in the U.S. , as long as you still have a valid license, you can change to the new state....NOT SO WITH DUI'S

Snap! I got exactly the same about 6 months ago and I was pretty gutted too. Not bad though I guess after 7 years driving.

I got 3 for doing 45 in a 40.
They come off this year, I was gutted too, its the first and hopefully last I have had.

did have 3 points 40 in a 30,

As Dr. Phil would say, "Let me know how that works out for ya"... Don't be an idiot. You contest the citation and you'll end up getting charged with the Suspension, even if it's taken care of at the time of court. Your logic will really piss off the judge.
