"heat"
or
electromagnetic radiation

Any radiation that makes it to Earth and is absorbed, will eventually become heat. Does not matter if it is infrared or visible or ultraviolet.

The green, blue (or shorter wavelength) photons that are absorbed by chlorophyll become chemical energy. This is used to make the tree (for example) grow. The tree dies, gets buried, turns to coal, gets dug out, then burnt to release the chemical energy that it stored from the original solar photons... heat.

Generally it's known as 'heat'.
The way we humans feel heat is because we react to the infrared end of the electromagnetic spectrum.
