ff6 help {again!!!}?

what is it with that clock in that town thats raining and how do you solve it.

I haven't played FF6 in a long time, so my memory is fuzzy. Everyone in Zozo except a walking merchant lie through their teeth. The clock answer is 6:10:50. Go up the stairs and you'll find a good drill for Edgar to use (I think it's the Chainsaw).

The time you have to enter for the clock is 6 10 50 in that order. It reveals a staircase which takes you to get a tool usable by Edgar: The Chainsaw. Very useful weapon. Have fun!
