Hi you can usually buy 1 roll of loo roll at any Asian or Indian grocery store. Don't ask me why but they do sell it. You could also do your shopping on-line, that way they deliver it for you. Hope this helps. Regards Don.

you can buy packs smaller than 16!!! you could use old newspaper, then you wouldnt have to carry much. alternatively go to a gym and train until you can carry the huge weight of bog rolls!!!!!!!
plan B steal them from shops, pubs, etc one at a time, cheaper as well

If you are in the USA, any drug store will carry single rolls of loo paper. Grocers carry them too.

If you really want to buy it one roll at a time, Scott sells it like that. There are a 1000 sheets on a roll.

In the USA we can buy it most anywhere even 7/11 Scott has 1000 tissue 2ply roll.

Think 7-11. Not sure if you are not in the USA.
