Do I just bung it in wish the powder/detergent? There are 3 seperate trays in the draw
HELP!!

if you can't figure out where it goes...you can always get the downy ball and use it for any fabric softener you wish! :)
But you can look up your washing machine model online and probably get info about it there as to where you put the fabric softener....its probably labeled in your washer though....Mine goes in the center of the wishy washy thingy....

There are 3 trays you said. The one in the front to the left is the detergent right? Then the one behind the detergent is the bleach. There is only on one the right I'm going to assume, so that is where the softener goes. At least that is how my machine is set up.

It should be labeled near the tray.
Some machines top loader, have it in the middle of the agitator, says "fabric softener". You can add the softener to that spot while you put in your detergent into the tub.
You can call the manufacture for that part if you do not have that.
If not, yes, use the Downy ball. Works while it is in the spin cycle.
NO don't put it in with detergent!
Fabric softener dissipates the soap.

there should be a tray just for the fabric softener . arent they labeled? otherwise just put it in when it has filled with rinse water . unless it is a front loading machine.

THERE SHOULD BE A TRAY TELLING YOU WHERE TO PUT IT. IF NOT JUST PUT IN IN ON THE RINSE CYCLE.
