I'm not big into films but I did recently go to see Run fat boy, run. I thouroughly enjoyed it but I guess I would say that my favourite film is the Italian Job (the original) with Michael Caine. I used to think the original "The Omen" was my favourite but having seen it again recently I changed my mind.

I think MY best film ever was 'The Green Mile' but everyone has their own favourite. You have to go on averages.

There's so many to choose from, but Schindler's List and Shawshank Redemption are two of my favorites along with Mary Poppins and poor old King Kong.

Saying best makes it a very subjective question indeed.
For me, I'll go with the Godfather. Great story, great performances, actors at the peak of their abilities, lasting images, & big influence on popular culture. For me, it's the best.
