Well, the question kind of says it really... Any number will do, I'd love to here your opinions.

Yes, Sephiroth was the best, IMO, because he was one cool, cold, evil villian.
I also think that Sin's right up there, but not in the same way. I felt real pity for how Sin came to be, even though he had to die. Pity doesn't excuse annihilating people.
I have a soft spot for Kefka, because although he was a murderous, crazy freak, he had a goofy streak that I liked.
I guess that's why I like the FF series so much: originality. I have found other games that I like, but none that I have the same love for.

Definitely Sephiroth. There's also Kefka of FFVI, but Sephiroth could just summon Meteor again and smash Kefka's tower to bits. Also cause a never-ending winter and one really big hole in the ground. :)

No surprise so far, most people are voting for Sepiroth...not that I'm arguing he was a great villian, but there are other bad guys out there people!!!
My favorite bad guy isn't really a guy, I loved the sorceress from FF8, when she was still possessing the matron. She had the evil, willingness to kill, she was sarcastic and rude...refreshing to see that she wasn't just about mind games, she actually tried to hurt people outright.

Kefka from FF6. Wow, this guy was EVIL! Remember his laugh? Mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha! Then, I'd go with Seymour and Sephiroth.

Geez, I'm not gonna vote Sephiroth on this one... if anything I'm gonna shoot for Zemorus from FF4. He's got the power and was manipulating so many people through out his quest.
