I am doing a year long project for english and i need to write a letter to some companies and ask for some supplies. My project is on animal abuse and i have no idea who to write it to! Besides the SPCA, who could i write?

Try and research companies that sponsor the SPCA. Also, you could write to some vetinary hospitals or doctor's in your area.

Pet stores like PetSmart, Wal-mart for food and toys, K-Mart for the same, Anywhere that carries pet supplies. Also feed stores for hay and rabbit food, etc. Home centers like Home Depot and Lowe's for buckets and containers for water or meterials to build cages. Also vets to donate their time and medications to treat sick and/or injured animals. Anyone can volunteer to help.
Just think . . . what do pets need to survive? That is what you ask for. Who sells that stuff? That is who you write to.
Judges who deliberate animal cruelty cases could tell you the consequences for the owners who are convicted of animal cruelty. Such as jail time, community service, fines.
